Signature Menu

Our head chef takes pride in sourcing the freshest local ingredients. Hoi An's Cao Lau — a noodle dish traditionally prepared with water drawn from the ancient Ba Le Well — is served to its centuries-old recipe. Alongside it, Hoi An Chicken Rice features golden, tender chicken over fragrant white rice, served with fresh herbs and ginger sauce.

Seafood is hand-selected each morning from Cam An fishing port — prawns, crab, tuna, squid — prepared in multiple styles: charcoal-grilled, ginger-steamed, or pan-seared with French-style garlic butter. The menu also gives generous space to vegetarian dishes made with organic produce from the hotel's own garden.

Pool Bar & Craft Cocktails

After an afternoon swim, stop by the Pool Bar beside Lagoon for craft cocktails inspired by Vietnamese flavours — lemongrass mojito, rose gin tonic, or fresh aloe vera margarita. The bartenders will mix something custom just for you.

Reservations
